2024 – COPi Cup Pro-Am presented by Legistics surpasses $2M in funds raised for scholarship program
2002 – SCGA commits to increased investment to junior golf with a 5-year, $800,000 gift
2007 – JGF partners with Pro Kids Golf Academy to develop college and vocational scholarship program
2012 – With significant Friends of Golf investment, JGF launches Player & Youth Development program to create affordable access and opportunity in golf for more communities and kids
2014 - First USGA Host Club partnership with Big Canyon CC sets precedent for larger partnership between USGA championships, SCGA Clubs and JGF
2017 – As part of the Walker Cup Match, launched partnership with host The Los Angeles Country Club, which lead to creation of San Fernando Valley Player & Youth Development programming
2022 – National Golf Course Owners Association awards JGF with National Player Development Award
2023 – Launch of Junior Golfer Assistance Fund to ensure families with financial need can pursue higher levels of golf
