The Buenaventura Municipal Golf Course was flooded in January 2023 and re-opened in April 2025 with a 14-hole temporary layout, which comes with a reduced greens fee schedule.
Buenaventura Golf Course is located in the beautiful beachside community of Ventura, California. Ventura is one hour north of Los Angeles and forty minutes south of Santa Barbara and exhibits Southern California's temperate weather year round.
To provide interest in golf and social ability attending it. To enforce uniformity in rules of golf. To establish and support a fair and uniform system of handicapping. Open to amateur women golfers over the age of 18.
