The San Diego Educator's Golf Club, founded as a teachers league decades ago, gets together every other Saturday. The schedule is prepared a year in advance, selecting quality courses from all corners of San Diego county. Our Tournament Coordinators work closely with course officials in obtaining the lowest fees possible, for primetime weekend tee times (usually 8am-10am). Most events feature free warm-up range balls and sometimes other freebies. Currently the Men’s Club membership consists of approximately 50 players and their range of handicaps fall within 5-30. The make up of the membership has changed, over time, from primarily education personnel, to a typical cross section of various occupations and ages.
