The Southern California Amateur Golf Club is an affiliate member of the SCGA and has been for well over 40 years. We operate as a Travelling Club therefore providing the opportunity to play numerous courses throughout SoCal. Please take the opportunity to link to our annual Events schedule. HERE
Our tournaments are held monthly (on Saturday) with a focus on fun but competitive golf for both male and female golfers of all ability levels. There are also 2-day events scheduled at varying locations ranging from San Diego to Paso Robles. Our current membership is around 30 individuals, but we are always looking to bring on new members. The average member index has been hovering around 14.0. We respect the game and follow the rules of golf, but in a relaxed friendly environment.
We welcome golfers of all ability and skill levels to join our club and play in our monthly tournaments.
