About Us
SBPLGC was started in 1996 and plays an active regional schedule of LA County courses in the greater South Bay area. We are very diverse and offer something for every type of golfer. We welcome men, women and juniors (free) at an affordable rate.
The club's primary pillars are affordability/value, inclusiveness and ease of participation. All signups are done online for easy access and so that you can designate your playing partners. Most members live in the greater South Bay area and we play about half our events at Los Verdes and half at other area courses. Half are individual events and half are team events.
We maintain a balance of individual and team events. The club maintains a fun and light culture and seeks golfers of all ages and abilities.
